Each seller ships their own orders and sets their own postage. What follows is the standard every store on PalSingles agrees to before it may list — individual sellers may be cheaper or faster, and their store page says so.

Cost

Our own store, Burnett Deck Tech, charges a flat $1.49 per order, free on orders over $50.00. Other sellers set their own rates. Whatever the seller charges is calculated on the server and shown in full before you pay, and no charge is ever added after checkout. A basket spanning several sellers pays each one separately, so you will see each store's postage on its own step.

How long it takes

Sellers set their own handling time and it is shown on the listing and on the order. The platform maximum is 1-2 business days from payment clearing; a seller who quotes longer than that may not list. Delivery time after dispatch is down to the carrier.

Every order carries a "ship by" date, and we watch it. If a seller misses it we chase them automatically, and if they keep missing it a human at PalSingles gets involved and it counts against their standing. You do not have to notice first.

How cards must be packed

A required minimum, not a suggestion: penny sleeve, then a top-loader or semi-rigid, then a rigid mailer. Orders above a few cards ship in a bubble mailer or box. A card that arrives bent in a plain envelope is a packing failure and the seller owns it — see seller requirements.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link as soon as the seller marks the order shipped. If you have an account, the order page carries the same link. Tracking is required on every order.

United States only at present, for every store on the site.

Address accuracy

Sellers post to the address you give at checkout. Please check it — a parcel sent to a mistyped address and returned can be resent, but you will need to cover postage the second time.
