These terms govern purchases from PalSingles, operated by Burnett Tech Solutions LLC trading as Burnett Deck Tech. Placing an order means you accept them.
What we sell
Individual secondary-market single cards for the Palworld OFFICIAL CARD GAME. Every card is a genuine printed card that we hold in stock. We do not sell proxies, counterfeits or custom cards.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in USD and include no sales tax at present.
- Payment is by PayPal. Your order total is calculated on our server from our own stored prices, then verified against what PayPal actually captured before the order is accepted. A mismatch voids the order and nothing is charged.
- An order is only accepted once payment has cleared and we have emailed you a confirmation. Until then, adding an item to a cart reserves nothing.
Stock and pricing errors
Inventory is a single physical copy of a single card, and occasionally two people want the same one. If an item sells out between your order and our packing it, or if a card is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you and refund in full. We reserve the right to cancel an order for those reasons; we do not reserve any right to charge you more than the price shown.
Condition grading
Cards are graded on the standard TCGplayer ladder. Grading is a judgement made in good faith, not a certification. If you disagree with a grade, the returns policy applies.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
Intellectual property
PalSingles is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bushiroad or Pocketpair. Palworld is © Pocketpair, Inc. The Palworld OFFICIAL CARD GAME is © Bushiroad. Card names, numbers and game text are reproduced to identify the physical products we lawfully own and resell.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example the speculative future value of a card. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Burnett Tech Solutions LLC is registered.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
