These terms govern use of PalSingles, a marketplace operated by Burnett Tech Solutions LLC trading as Burnett Deck Tech. Using the site or placing an order means you accept them.
Who you are buying from
PalSingles is a marketplace, not the seller. Cards are listed, priced, graded, packed and shipped by independent sellers, and each order is a contract between you and that seller. Payment goes to the seller directly. We provide the platform, verify sellers before they may list, publish the rules they agree to, and step in when something goes wrong — but we are not a party to the sale itself.
One of those sellers is Burnett Deck Tech, the store we run ourselves. It is listed alongside every other store and held to the same rules; it gets no priority in search, pricing or dispute handling.
What is sold here
Individual secondary-market single cards for the Palworld OFFICIAL CARD GAME. Every card must be a genuine printed card the seller physically has in hand. Proxies, counterfeits, custom cards and pre-orders of stock a seller does not hold are prohibited — see the prohibited items policy.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in USD and include no sales tax at present. Each seller sets their own prices and shipping.
- Payment is by PayPal, and it goes to the seller's own PayPal account. Your order total is calculated on our server from the seller's stored prices, then verified against what PayPal actually captured before the order is accepted. A mismatch voids the order and nothing is charged.
- A basket containing cards from several sellers is paid one seller at a time. Each is a separate order that can succeed, ship or be refunded independently of the others.
- An order is only accepted once payment has cleared and we have emailed you a confirmation. Until then, adding an item to a cart reserves nothing.
Stock and pricing errors
Inventory is a single physical copy of a single card, and occasionally two people want the same one. If an item sells out between your order and the seller packing it, or if a card is listed at an obviously wrong price, the seller will contact you and refund in full. A seller may cancel an order for those reasons; nobody may charge you more than the price shown.
Condition grading
Cards are graded on the standard TCGplayer ladder by the seller who lists them. Grading is a judgement made in good faith, not a certification, and different sellers will occasionally read the same card differently. If you disagree with a grade, the refund policy and buyer protection both apply.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
Intellectual property
PalSingles is an independent marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bushiroad or Pocketpair. Palworld is © Pocketpair, Inc. The Palworld OFFICIAL CARD GAME is © Bushiroad. Card names, numbers and game text are reproduced to identify the physical products sellers lawfully own and resell.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Because the seller is the merchant, claims about the card itself — condition, delivery, description — are against the seller, with the remedies set out in buyer protection. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example the speculative future value of a card. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Burnett Tech Solutions LLC is registered.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
