The short version
If you only read one paragraph: PalSingles is a marketplace of independent sellers, not a shop. Your contract is with the seller. We check sellers before they can list, we hold their money at PayPal until your order is delivered, and we remove sellers who do not meet the standards on these pages. We are not the seller of record for anything except the house store, Burnett Deck Tech, and where that is the seller, it says so.
